Over the past few decades, interest in complementary and alternative medicine has increased significantly in Western countries. More and more people are using alternative natural medicines and reflexology is one of the most used techniques; its field of action being prevention, well-being and sustainable health, it promotes the self-regulation process through specific touch performed by digital pressure on the reflex zones. These areas are called reflexes, because they correspond to different organs, glands and parts of the body.
